BJP national spokesperson Shehzad Poonawalla has sent a legal notice for filing civil and criminal lawsuits against AAP MK Naresh Balyan over a tweet linking him to Aftab Amin Poonawala, who is the accused in the case of the brutal murder of Shraddha.
Balyan had alleged yesterday that Aftab was linked to Shehzad. In a Hindi tweet on Tuesday, the AAP MP said, “What is the relationship between Aftab Poonawalla, who cut Shraddha Walker’s body into 35 pieces after murdering her, and BJP leader Shehzad Poonawalla? People raise their voices on social media. If there is no relationship, why is he showing up? He should clarify in the media.

Aftab Amin Poonawalla killed his 28-year-old partner Shraddha Walker, cut his body into 35 pieces and disposed of some pieces at different locations in and around the nation’s capital.
Responding to the accusation, Shehzad said this allegation was made at the behest of AAP Supremo and Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal because over the past few days he had exposed the ‘lootera’ face of the PAA.
The BJP spokesman said the allegations were reckless, baseless and defamatory and as a result, his attorney Namit Saxena filed civil and criminal charges.
Shehzad further added that if within 24 hours AAP was able to provide proof of his connection to Aftab, he would resign from politics, but if AAP was unable to do so, then Kejriwal should leave politics. .
The BJP spokesperson further said that the AAP leadership demanded his polygraph test.
Welcoming the same, Shehzad said he was ready for any lie detector test by any agency or media channel and would submit to not one but 100 lie detector tests on the issue and that AAP leaders Arvind Kejriwal, Satyendra Jain and Kailash Gehlot must also pass a polygraph test on the issue of Sukesh Chandrashekhar where serious charges of extortion have been leveled at Tihar.
Shehzad also questioned why Kejriwal did not post a single tweet for Shraddha or against Aftab and his mindset despite his ability to tweet about Gujarat and other issues. He wondered if Kejriwal was not doing this because of the voting banks policy.
